Transfer process

As a customer, you send us your money to one of our eWallets. Since our eWallet accounts have been opened in the European Union, there is a deposit guarantee that protects your money. After the money has been received by us, it is first forwarded to our crypto wallet or to our bank account, depending on the desired payment method. From there, the money will be paid out one last time to your desired withdrawal method.
A fee is charged for each transfer.
